Based on my experience, I will never go to this business again. For starters they did not do a very good job of washing my car. For me to elaborate of all the things that they did not do, but should have done is just to much. I purchased the $23.00 wash, which happens to be their top of the line wash. And I truly believe that I would have got a better job at one of those $6.00 drive through establishments. I was just trying these guys out because I was on that side of town getting my car serviced at the dealership down the street. Little did I know that I was making a bad mistake. It wasn't just the poor job of a wash that is motivating me to take the time to inform others of my terrible experience with this establishment. The thing that has me here is the way I was treated after I discovered that some of my personal property was missing when the job was suppose to have been done. The people in charge acted as if I didn't know for sure that what I said was missing really existed. Instead of trying to get to the bottom of this by tracking down the guilty party, and finding my personal items their were more concern with questioning me about whether or not I had them in the car when I arrive there. Once it was obvious to me that I wasn't getting anywhere with the people who were in charge, I as to speak with the owner. Who by the way wasn't on the property, and couldn't not be reached by means of telephone by me because the manager would not give me the information. So in summery, I hope that my experience was a one in a million, but I kind of think that it wasn't. And left with no way to contact a higher power of this establishment, I'm telling my story in hopes of preventing this from happening to you. I'm going to give this place a 1 star. Only because there isn't a chose for negative stars. And it is my plan to inform all my friends, associates and every dealership on Peachtree Ind. Blvd. that if they don't want there customer to get ripped out. For them to tell them to stay away from this place.
