This shop should not exist the owner Porsha is not very bright at all and if the customer service she provided me continues with other customers she should and will be shut down.. Her stylist are inexperienced and unprofessional just as she is her manager Nicole smiles and speaks softly with words that are just as unintelligent which shows this as their company culture if you can use the word company for this shabby unorganized shack pretending to be a business. Porsha herself said that she feels the customer is to blame if the style or hairdo turns out incorrectly and Nicole says they are not here to please customers if anyone is dissatisfied they need to go else where... they really are not trying to resolve issues or create a satisfied customer... So beware and find another affordable place with great customer service, which is what we all deserve.. I did get my hair done at a great spot and will posting pics and referral of the person that did my hair and who provided a pleasant atmosphere, no drama and extremely professional and yes my hair looks gorgeous.



side note there was a typo that should have said Nicole says they are NOT here to please customers. I believe what she was trying to say is that 5 Star Weave does not want to TAKE THE TIME to assure their customers have been provided with the very best service, which goes back to Porsha not being very bright and Nicole being just as unintelligent.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. Porsha, the owner, did my sew in and did a horrible job. She charges FOR EVERYTHING! She gives you one price over the phone but after you get there and get braided, she raises the price. She charges $20 for cut and style BUT SHE CAN'T CUT! WHAT A WASTE! IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY $150 FOR $50 SEW IN, GO TO A CELEBRITY STYLIST. Oh and you will be there at least 5 hours!

Star was the best! She was very professional, excellent communication, easy to talk to and her sew ins are the best I've had done hands down. She is def worth the value. Her closures are the best that I've seen, looks just like the real thing! I glad I went to her. She was there on time and got me in at my exact appointment time. I recommend her to anybody!

I just got my hair done today @ 5 Star Studio by the fabulous Ms. Star. I left there 100% satisfied with my hair. Star is the most friendliest down to earth talented stylist you will ever meet. I would highly recommend anyone who wants a flawless hairstyle to visit 5 Star Studio. Thank you Star!!!!

I love the 5 Star Weave Studio. Ms. Star Studded is just that a star at hooking up a weave. I had so many bad experiences with sew in's before I met Star and she gave me the 5 star treatment. Now I will never go anywhere else to have my sew in done.. She is the BEST at what she does.

Who in their right mind wants to pay maintenance on a sew in after two weeks after they pay $150.00 for a half assed sew in which is partially sewed in. My friend fixed her mess and my hair feels more secure and my entire hair is sewed in with the invisible part. I do like to support new businesses but, she really has some growing to do. She needs to have set consistent prices, better quality sew in technique, and also she needs to realize that 150.00 for a partial sew in is ridiculous and maintenance on a sew in is also ridiculous for all that go to the weave shop for lasting results. If you are looking for a sew in that last for about a week then Star is your girl. Ill give her 1 star for effort .

I'M LOVING THIS SALON!! ITS NOT LIKE OTHERS THAT ARE LOUD, AND OUT OF CONTROL PLACES THAT HAVE YOU SIT A LONG TIME WAITING!! I WAS IN AND OUT--ASSISTANTS AND THE STYLISTS WERE ALL POLITE AND HELPFUL, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY I DIDNT FEEL LIKE AN ASSEMBLY LINE! She is also down to earth and you will eventually build a relationship with her to be able to call her your hair stylist. Look no further 5 Star Hair Weave is the truth. All you have to do is look up Star Studded the Stylist and the truth is in her work.

I came here to get the invisible part weave and the extremely talented Star was my stylist. Very professional establishment full of stylist who really care about the health of your hair. I will be going back every 2-3 weeks for maintenance. Star has the ability to make everyone truly feel like a celebrity and look like one as well. I was so happy when I looked in the mirror at my new hair. Try 5 star weaves and you will not be dissapointed! Oh and great affordable prices for the high quality of work. I have found my new hairstylist!!

If you want to look your best 5 Star Weave Studio is the place to go. All my weaves and hairstyles looks so natural and cute. I love a hair salon and stylists that makes me feel confiedent even after I leave. This is the salon to come to!!

omg I absolutely love my hair . Star was my stylist . i found her online . she supplies the indain hair that i wanted and packaged everything for me along with my sew in I was in the chair as soon as i awalked in the door and it only took like 2 hours The assistants were so helpful and polite .Going to this salon was a great experience overall
