1890 Apts on Myrtle Dr are horrible apts. They are owned by Adam House. The appliances are old. They let tenants throw trash on the grounds and make noise all night. Will do nothing about it. Management is bad. Their is too much crime in this complex. Stay away please.

Lived at Adams House Apartments for about 4 years. The apartments are small and do not have a lot of storage but they are clean. The carpet is nice and the walls are painted very good. At first they did not take care of repairs promptly but later change maintanence workers and repairs were made on time. They are convenient to shopping and public transporation. Never had any problems with breakins are robberies. They are very safe. I would recommend them to anyone that do not have a large family.
