New roof today! I am very satisfied with the professional, expertise, and promptness of Baker Roofing. The crew was very respectful and caring while removing the old roof and replacing it with architectural shingles. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and organized there supplies and equipment which is a plus. If you are searching for a locally owned and operated roofing company give Baker Roofing a try. Baker Roofing was recommended to us so we aksed them to do our roof. Once the job was started we found it difficult to get them to communicate with us about when they were coming over. We got tired of calling them. One day they said they would be right over and never showed up. Another day they said they would be over the next day at 6am, at 9am we called and they said they were on their way (we live in Russellville), at 11am they arrived. In the end we felt we were being sandwitched in between their other jobs. Overall they did an ok job on the roof but did not replace some trim that clearly needed it. We were not impressed.
