BEWARE!!! He doesn't finish what he starts! He takes your money, asks for more and after you give it to him he says he underbid and doesn't finish the project. He would go weeks without returning phone calls or texts. He started a project for us in March and the last I heard from him was a text on 7/15 that said he was going to finish, but he never did. He left the house and yard full of trash, the bathroom unusable with no shower faucets, toilet off and no sink/vanity. He said he was going to take some jobs to make some money to be able to finish our house, but he never finished. We hired him for was wood rot on the porch and to replace the fascia & soffit which he did NONE of. He totally dismantled the porch & left it all in the yard. Nothing is 100% completed. He is either a thief or a totally incompetent contractor who doesn't know how to run a business if he can't produce accurate bids to cover material & labor costs!
