Don't waste your time or money on Zaxby's in Athens, Tn. the food is tasteless, and always cold!.. and the service is horrible! I've spoken to 2 managers about the food I had ordered and they both were RUDE! I know a few people that work there and they tell me the managers treat them like they are idiots! As for me and my family Bojangles will get my money...plus their food is always hot and the service is way better. Thanks for nothing Zaxby's I dont think they deserve a star rating but for me to post this I had to give them 1

I love Zaxby's Blackened Blue Zalad, but not enough to put up with this Zaxby's. Service sucks and don't even think about going through the drive thru unless you want to spend all evening waiting for your meal. Last night I had my husband run to town to pick up dinner. He was in the drive thru over 30 minutes and when he finally got home with our food, my salad had no chicken on it! I didnt have time to go all the way back to town, so I called. I let the phone ring and ring about 20 times and finally someone picked up the phone and left it off the hook! I was so angry! I'm telling everyone I know that Zaxby's of Athens SUCKS! Don't even bother with them. Go to Bojangles.

Premium prices for food that tastes as bad as what you can get out of the freezer section of the grocery store.

Best food around. I love their chicken. My husband doesn't much care for it, he doesn't know what's good. Take Zaxby's anyday.
