Our precious Mother needed therapy after several falls. She wanted to stay home instead of going to a rehab center for physical therapy so she tried therapy at home first. She did not improve so she was admitted into Star Regional Hospital. From the hospital she was sent to NHC for physical therapy. I find NHC to be superior in every aspect of patient care. In the 6-8 weeks stay, Mother has received care and attention as a very special patient. I have not heard a complaint from any staff member or patient. The staff members are continually busy taking care of every patients individual needs. I'm sure the staff members are totally exhausted at the end of their work day. Yet, they leave their patients at the end of the day with smiling faces to reassure the patient their well-being is important. Our family appreciates the personal attention and the respect Mother receives. We would prefer Mother to be home but she is receiving care we cannot provide. We are so grateful for NHC

My mom had to go for theropy and stayed over five weeks I am so disappointed in them the handbook they give you when you go in is a joke it said your records are kept confidential and there not a nurse let a non blood relative go behind the nurse's station and read her files she also gave the person updats but we were never updated not even the doctor so I wouldn't recommend you to anyone till you make a lot of changes only a few employees were up front about anything I hope nobody has to experience what we did
