The store is clean and the service is good, but I have wound up with expired bath products several times - there's nothing like lotion or shampoo that smells like butt! - and almost every time I come in, there are giant gaps on the shelves like they either ran out of stuff or are just really disorganized. I usually just shop there for cleaning or office supplies now.
