i have a service dog for 9 yrs never separated i'm rated100% with ptsd, heart condition, memory impaired , no short term memory. they would not allow me to return with my service told the only way i could get my meds, new appointment for inr cumadin readings and see another dr. that wasn't afraid of dogs was to leave mine outside.i refused to leave they called the real cops and removed me. and the wanna be cop guard thought it was funny

If you read this, god speed, this VA is awful. The staff as of 2015 are condescending and the security gaurd was dancing & "twerking" in the lobby talking about how she was about to get some anaconda in da club. The doctor speaks in ebonics and seems condescending.. The psychiatrists are worse, one's Asian and speaks broken English and is need to be boxed up and shipped back to Hong Kong,These people need real educations. I would like to propose we have a moment of silence as we take hands and burn this sh-t hole to the ground and hang these "professionals".
