Provided by YP.comI went in and was immediately taken care of! The owner remembered talking to me over the phone and actually showed me what was wrong with my vacuum. He explained how it worked when I asked and replaced 2 pieces (a belt and the roll brush thing) while I watched. The entire visit took about 15 minutes, and it only cost me $36.
There was absolutely NO hassle, and the owner was extremely nice! I picked Clean Home Vacuums over Sears because No. 1 - a person answered the phone when I called CHV opposed to a machine at Sears, No. 2 - The owner told me he would diagnose the problem and give me an estimate before it cost me anything.
In the end, he only charged me $5 in labor. I plan to use CHV in the future for all my vacuum needs. :) I would strongly recommend this business!
