Please don't take your pet here. I brought my cat in... he was dying... the only thing they did was charge me 300 and try to sell me flea medication. He was already on flea medication and they tries to convince me he had fleas
He didn't! I had to take in to Catsifaction in Madison and they saves his life. Please don't gamble with you pet's life. They are horrible people.

The doctors DO NOT listen to your concerns. They do things to your pet, without asking your permission, and you end up having to pay the bill when they didn't ask you if it was okay if they gave something. The doctor prescribed my baby a treatment that WAS THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT SHE NEEDED! Making it even more clear they did not listen to anything i was saying. They misdiagnosed and also completely ignored other major issues that needed fixing. They also push that horrible science diet food on you, if you feed holisticly, they will blame any and every health problem your pet is having on the food you are feeding..when it has better ingredients than the ones they are pushing. Just like the other poster said, go to Catisfaction if your want your cat treated right and to be healthy, and for the doctor's to listen to your concerns and actually correctly medicate.

The staff and doctors at this clinic really care about my pets. They are kind and always take time to answer my questions.
