Looking for an insurance company?? Look no further! Scott Howell and his excellent staff treat you with a smiling face and know you by name :) always working with you to keep the cost down on your insurance needs! My personal experiance with Scott and his staff has been a blessing. My house was hit not once but twice by tornado/straight line winds within a couple of weeks. They called me to check on mine and my family well being several times YES they cared! They even helped me through the process from beginning to end. Nationwide was definatly on my side but WOW my agent Scott Howell and his staff was to!

This is a wonderful group of people. They aren't like most insurance agents that try to get as much as they can out of you. They actually care about their customers. We have been with them for about 2 years and would not deal with another insurance group. I would give them 10 stars if it would let me.

Scott and his staff have always went above and beyond to make you feel like family. I couldn't have asked for a better agency to have by my side. From the friendly service to a happy birthday phone call, this agency gites above and beyond to meet the gold standard of customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a instance agency.

My family and I have life, home, auto, and various other policies with Scott. Why? Simple. When I need him he is there. If I call he or one of his staff members answers the phone. Moved to Athens back in May 2014 and was introduced to Athena and Scott at the Nationwide office by another Nationwide agency in NC. They have been so great to work with.
