his staff is VERY helpful and friendly,however Dr.Cole and Dr.Luckett BOTH need to learn some bedside manners..I was taken into a room and fussed at and told they would NOT be filling my pain meds.I told them I wasn't there for that,I have a different dr for that,I was there about issues I was having with my legs and needs test run..then when I get in the room and he finally comes in,he don't want me to talk,he wants me to just be quite,his words"whoa whoa whoa!!! I just walked in the room,I don't want to hear anything about what's going on with you right now"..WHAT!!!!! why am I there?? both of these Dr.s act as if they are doing to a huge favor just by letting you come into their office.Dr.Luckett left and went back to the Office In Huntsville,and I hope I never have to see him again or Dr.Cole..the last time I was there,he sat on his stool and burped,moaned and groaned,it was very unprofessional,and I felt like I was going to vomit from listening to all those gross sounds.I've had several family members go here and everyone of them feel that his bedside manner could use a lot of work!The one in Huntsville is AWESOME..they are very friendly and so professional,I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone..the best I've seen in a long time,especially the dentist,they are outstanding..
