The proprieters of this business don't seem to understand the meaning of the word "service". They were contacted by me, my home warranty company, and my property manager about servicing a broken dishwasher for my tenet, a working mother with two little girls. They never answered their phone, for any of us. They lied to the warranty company about trying to contact us, despite the fact that neither of our cell phones registered a caller ID for them. They don't seem to want the home warranty business, which begs the question as to why they remain on the list of service providers for Fedelity. (I suspect that they are part of the frustrate the customer out of pursuing service business model endemic to the insurance industry as a whole.) if you're looking for a frustrating experience, with dishonest, uncommunicative people, AJ's is for you. If not, the community should simply allow this business to pass into obscurity.

We have used AJs for the past 12 years. They have always been very friendly, professional, and respectful with fair prices. Joe has experience and knowledge and has always been dependable and honest. I would recommend AJs to anyone and actually have them in my phone memory!!

Also.... Whenever I call, I'm greeted with the friendliest hello-like I'm a dear ol friend who hasn't called in a while!! Such a sweet example of a small town friendly business!

the only reason I use this company is because my home warranty has them down to provide service otherwise I would never have used them. You can never get ahold of anyone always leaving voicemail and finally when they do call you back they tell you they have to call you back because they have to talk to technician no week later when you do hear from them they can only come out to look at it not actually repair anything. The guy who came out supposed to be there on a Wednesday apparently was sick and kept calling in sick but no one called me to tell me coming out to repair my stove. I had to hunt down the receptionist who never answers her phone to find out what was going on after waiting for hours.finally when he came out to look at it I had to pay my deductible only to find out that they were going to be a couple of weeks before they actually have anything fixed. And even now that it has supposedly been fixed I'm still having the same issues with my stove
