I am the owner/founder of Transitions For Women, LLC a small program providing treatment services for women who struggle with addiction.

I was struggling with insurance companies to get paid for the services I am providing for their members. It was overwhelming for me to keep up on the Pre Authorizations, Verification of Benefits, figuring out all of the deductibles and out of pocket expenses for my clients and completing Utilization Reviews every few days for each patient. Proactive Billing is doing all of those jobs for me plus when I have a denial they help figure that out for me.

As the result of working with Mary at Proactive, I have been able to get back to the clinical side of my program where I am able to provided to quality service to my clients.

I am now able to work a reasonable schedule and have a life because Proactive Billing is managing every part of the communications with the insurance companies. I am getting paid for all of the services I am providing. Thank you!
