Provided by YP.comOur company contracted with Mr. Nowak to complete an appraisal. He accepted, but when the appraisal was due, he not only didn't complete the appraisal, he informed me he wasn't going to. He wasted four weeks of our time, instead of just turning down the award at the beginning. I would not recommend using this appraiser. He's unprofessional and unreliable.
