Went in for motor mount repair, came out with a broken radiator. Graf's denied causing the damage. Had another mechanic assess the damage and he said very common break with the type of work being done. After sending certified letter and talking to Oregon Department of Justice, gave them one last chance to make it right. Nice Graf said he is sending a check. I hope he does.

I traded with Grafs for several years and EVERY single transaction was ALWAYS more money than was quoted. Sometimes $20 or 30 bucks and sometime a hundred or 2Brakes "grabbing" on pickup. Purchased a new spring set, which covers BOTH rear wheels. Replaced ONLY one wheel. Guess what happened about a month later??? ANOTHER charge to put the springs on the other wheel which SHOULD have been installed the 1st time.I too will NEVER trade with them and NEVER recommend them to anyone.

not trust worthy, I tried to give the benefit of tthe doubt , and gave Graf's the opportunity to make it right, but they replied with bold faced lies. I had to go to another shop to get my vehicle fixed correctly. It may be a good place to take a beater , but if you dont want a half assed patch up dont go here.

I brought my truck in because I needed new brakes on all four wheels. Nick Graf told me initially it would be $400. He than called back 3 days later and said $600. Than the next day called back and said it would be $800. When I got there it was $900 and only parts of the front end where done. I paid the money and went on my way hoping for at least good workmanship, and what do you know, I know have a truck that Squeels with every turn and I cant get anybody to call me back from there shop. Worst Customer Service than I've ever experienced while also managing to have extremely poor workmanship. I will NEVER EVER Recommend this mechanic to anybody!!!!!

Thanks to the kind folks at Graf's Automotive for staying late after closing time. I was on my way back to Idaho when my family and I were stranded when our car broke down. Not only did they fix our car they also got us back on the road in time for my daughters soft ball game on friday
