This place is the best. I was traveling through Astoria to meet some friends from the area. The suggested Fort George's and I got there first. The staff was friendly and accommodating in explaining the place to me. After I had accepted my first pint I felt at home. Then my friends arrived and we had a great night. The brews were excellent and, like I said, the place was comFORTable. I strongly recommend Fort Georges if you like to feel as if you'd come home. Oh yes, the food was excellent. The best part, you can take a pint or two home with you.
