For the first time ever I had to deal with a rat. While born in NYC I guess I can now really consider myself a true New Yorker. I got Tony on the phone and I appreciated that he asked me a lot of questions. That shows me that he is assessing and I do that in my own business.
Tony then came over and was very cool and easy to get along with. He checked all over the apartment---turned the coaches up to check underneath and within, the bottom of the over/stove, corners, closets, under the bed and other furniture. He was very thorough in his search.
He left traps and poisons that finally got the rat. We were so relieved! I knew contacting someone was necessary and I was very happy that Tony pulled through. I found his company from an online search after being kept up by the rat for a couple of days.
