Horrible customer service and so negative. I'm there to book my dream vacation and she wants to bring me down? I put my deposit and paid in full less than two weeks after talking to them and they act like they're doing me a favor. She wouldn't stop complaining about how slow the computers and gets snarky when I ask questions about where I'm going. It's been over a month since I've paid (IN FULL) and I STILL haven't received confirmation. They won't answer my emails and the only way to get a hold of my agent is to hunt her down. NEVER using this place again.
