Provided by YP.comWe used to think that this place was great. However, a few weeks ago when we went to pick up a mattress and box spring from our storage unit for my son, the mattress and box spring were crawling with bugs. The general manager was incredibly rude and said that his warehouse "didn't have bugs." Management has been giving us the run-around and will not take responsibility for the damage to a perfectly good mattress and box spring. VERY disappointing, needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere. (I would give zero stars if that was possible)
