Penny Herman MA has been offering a holistic approach to emotional healing to men, women, children, couples, and families for over 30 years. She creates a safe environment in which to explore personal issues of unresolved emotional problems, relationship issues, major life transitions, trauma, and stress. Penny approaches all therapy from the level of mind, body, emotions, and spirit so that healing can occur on all levels. One of the tools she uses is to offer medicine wheel sessions. She also helps her clients create personal healing rituals when appropriate. One of her specialties is assisting men or women in recovering from the trauma of sexual and/or physical abuse. She has had a lot of training in dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She has also done a lot of work with couples, helping them to find more effective ways of communicating and reconnecting from the level of the heart.
