I highly recommend Sue Graham as a real estate agent. I am rarely impressed with people that I have to do business with. I find whenever there is money at stake people's integrity tends to dissipate. Sue is one of the most outstanding and trustworthy individuals I have ever met. She had my interest above everything else at all times, even if it meant taking a lower commission for herself or her employer, she always did what was best for my wallet and of course my heart in finding my perfect home. This woman covered my back when I didn’t even know I needed it covered during the negotiating process. If a home I was interested in sold, she had a better one lined up for me to look at. Bottom line, underneath Sue Graham’s sweet demeanor lurks a very shrewd businesswoman than can anticipate every angle of what I found to be a very difficult real estate market to navigate thru. If you are an investor looking for a good agent, Sue could save you a substantial amount of money thru her keen intuition. Her employer Howard Hanna of Ashland Ohio has to get part of the credit as well. A good agent can’t thrive without the proper support from their employer and obviously Howard Hanna provides that. Kudos to both Howard Hanna and Sue Graham for being above the rest in their business!
