Had an 11 o’clock appointment with my niece and sister. When books we were told we will all be serviced at the same time. By the time they started my pedicure the water was cold and it was 41 minutes later my pedicure was done in 13 minutes +5 minutes for the polish the woman started my polish while my sisters was finishing up. Upon going to pay I asked to speak with the owner at which point the woman told me she was working so I said again I would like to speak with the owner. Eventually she gets the owner who comes storming down the store starts talking at me about an issue that wasn’t relevant to my service or complaint. I had to tell her to please let me speak because she has no idea what I’m talking about I proceed to tell her the poor service I received and she told me that it wasn’t true and she had surveillance camera that she can look at. I knew how long it took because I was texting with my sister about how cold the water was. I told her to go ahead and look at the camera footage at which point she told me she doesn’t have time to so I need to pay for the service and leave I told her I will not pay $45 for a service that did not happen. I told her to go ahead and look at the video she again told me she didn’t have time to do that. The owner then said the best she can do is give me 50% off. The owner was extremely unprofessional accuse me of lying and overall rude. I do not recommend this business they do not know how to take care of their customers and they accuse customers of lying

Employees kept talking to each other in a foreign language and paying almost no attention to my nails, the owner's kid was running around everyone screaming, and I saw a poor girl get fired and screamed at just for stuttering on the phone. Found out it was only her first day. Terrible place, never going back there again. Extremely unprofessional.
