Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection offers a variety of installation and maintenance services for water and sanitary sewer mains. It distributes water through holding tanks and water pump stations. The division collects wastewater through various sewer pump stations. It pumps wastewater from outside the city to the treatment plant. Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection is a part of the Public Services Department, which also operates engineering, animal control, water production and sanitation divisions.
