The workers were top notch! They were polite, professional, and did great work on our pool. We had an aboveground put in. We chose Barbi Lin as they priced us the lowest cost. The rating would have been 5 stars if it weren't for the owner's lack of communication with us. We bought the pool early in the year with hopes to have it in by mid to late May. After 3 weeks of sending messages to the owner through the office staff, I was extremely frustrated. I was told multiple times the owner or a crew would be at my house on certain days, and each and every time no one showed up, no phone call was made. When I would call in to see when work would start either no one would answer or I was given yet another date. I am understanding to the company being busy, to weather not being ideal, and just life, but I am not understanding when no attempt to communicate with the customer is put forth. The owner sent a crew out after I spent an entire day throwing a fit to get someone to my house, this was after three weeks of dates being set and no one coming to do the work.
The price was fair, the labor was expensive, but was the cheapest I found around here. The workers were this companies saving grace for our business. The on-site supervisor, Dusty, was exceptional and should be promoted! He was very informative and helpful, he answered any and all of our questions. Communication goes a long way in my book, the owner may need to take a lesson from his employees.
