Provided by YP.comI move my stuff in and then it rains and I find a huge whole in the roof. When i bring this up they ask how I did that. Obviously if i knew there was a whole in the roof I would not have put my valuables in there. Then he tells me it is my job to move it while he just sits there and watches. He doesn't even seem to care about his customers or their things just ripping you off and making a buck.
Free Rent was given to compensate for the inconvenience you incurred. I understand your concerns about your storage. We too are concerned about the storage experience of each of our customers. Once we became aware of the damage to the roof we did the following: Response was immediate opon notification. A large gash was found in the roof. Pictures were taken to document any damage and conditions at the time. Thankfully no damaged to your furniture was detected at the time of notification. While there was small amount of water in the unit no damage was indicated by you at that time. Because a large gash was found in the roof we needed to repair the unit. I asked you to move to a unit close by and assisted with that process at the same time I was taking pictures in order to determine the extent of water in the unit and on your things. This is the first time such damage has occured to a unit. We are distressed anytime an event of this kind occurs. Regards, Manager
