We bought a hamster there and it was dead 1 week later.called to let the manager know so they could take a closer look at the hamsters so no other child would be heart broken and alls I could get was claims that they check them seven times a day .no apology just bring it back and we will replace it or refund your money .I will never go back .when we were there the staff member that helped us had no idea what she was doing and many of the other animals appeared dirty .I shouldve known better .never again .have bought many hamsters at petsmart and have never had any problems .The least you'd think they could do is apologize.
