While waiting with my dad for his doctors appointment, I watched one of their drivers come to pick up an elderly patient, there was some minor disagreement about an oxygen tank, so instead of working it out the driver just left the poor old man sitting in the doctors office and drove away. If there was a way to give less than 1 star I would

I was waiting for my appointment at Macula Center of Asheville on May 28, 2013, when a driver for Out 'N' About brought in a man in a wheelchair, who obviously couldn't move the wheelchair by himself. The driver parked the man in the middle of the small room, then checked in with the desk. Having delivered his "package" he walked off and left the man sitting there where everybody who walked in or out had to go around him. From his demeanor, the driver might as well have said, "I delivered it; you put it where you want it."

If you have to rely on others for transportation I cannot recommend this company enough. Their drivers are not only competent but helpful, courteous, understanding and just plain good people. On more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond what many others consider to be "business as usual". I cannot say too many good things about this company and my experiences with them.
