We contracted w/ Gibson to control ant problem. Paid & got on yearlong contract. They never told me they would be spraying around baseboards & thus would need to be clear of items in the way. So when they came to spray, a great deal of areas were skipped over. They said ants would not go away right away. Nice disclaimer. Weeks later and worsening problem, I finally bought baits from store for less than $20.00. Within a week NO MORE ANTS. I am not happy with how their "green" products worked. They didn't. To their credit, Gibson did show up and were friendly. I am just not happy that after spending HUNDREDS of dollars for a contract, the problem was finally ended with less than $20.00 of store bought products. Won't be renewing contract. Poor communication on their part. If I ever need a pro again, will be looking elsewhere.
