Design Doctors are the best!

My husband found them and decided we would call them and check this business out. I was surprised that they only spent about 30 minutes in my home for the consultation. But, I was so pleasantly astonished to know that they had it all together. They brought exactly what I needed, and also gave me photos and the costs of items before they brought them in. And, what they did was wonderful and amazing, Rhonda is gracious and understanding. She listens, and then implements her knowledge for your taste. They also returned to do little things,at no extra charge. I am very impressed with their professionalism and plan to work with them in the future.

What Do You Mean..You Will Not Take Back a Rug My Dog Urinated On?

or even better...."What?!....you are not responsible for someone's work - even though you recommend them and you were NOT paid for it and they were?"



The contract labor may have been excellent in the past - but they started slipping and you were the one that recommended them based on PAST performance - How can you be held responsible? You can't...only the party that performed the labor and was paid for it is responsible - not the person that recommended them. However, you don't recommend that contract labor again - that is about all you can do.



It get's even better - "I want the best - but I don't want to pay for it."



I have a budget of $1,000 - but I want $5,000 worth of "whatever". I know you told me that there were a few dings and that was the reason it was severely discounted - but I don't care...I changed my mind and I want the best for nothing. I know I was aware... but that does not matter. I am going to rant anyway.



and the kicker is

" I know my dog urinated on this rug and it bled and/or smells, but you need to give me another one for free for I am not responsible for the actions of my dog and your rug should be under warranty".



But since you will not give me a new rug - I will just complain that you scratched my floors to justify my insanity.





When you read a bad review - take time to read between the lines. There are two sides to every story and unfortunately the business can not rate the customer. There are people in this world that will never be pleased - for they are just unhappy people. They continue to rant and spread their venom - without being held responsible. However, at a certain point - it needs to stop or they will be held responsible for harassment.



Everyone should take responsibility for themselves - but then again....we are the nation that has produced such idiotic lawsuits as - McDonald's being sued by an idiot that burned themselves on coffee - so now we have the warning on all coffee cups that it "might just be hot and you could burn yourself"!



But then again " The customer is always right".....WRONG! Most businesses will try to accommodate their customers - but really...some of the demands are just to insane!



and finally - for every 1 customer that has an "issue", there are 100 or more that are happy with the service that they received. Not such a bad record when you think about it -



for in every can of peanuts that you open - there is always one bad nut in the can. Shouldn't there be a warning for this?! LOL - just something to think about....MAYBE some customers should come with a warning label !
