DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! He will rip you off and not care to let you know it. My entire deposit was squandered away because of false charges he pretty much said he could do it just because. I was charged for carpet cleaning when I lived there for three years and that is obviously something that needs done and also the water heater broke twice leaving a stain and he never got anyone out the second time to clean it. I was charged for 3 valences when I never took the original ones down and his own words when we moved in were "my wife threw those up last minute, so do what ever you want with them." and I was also charged a stop payment on a check that he sent out and we never received because he wouldn't take our new address. I didn't get my deposit until 2 months after I moved out, he NEVER fixes anything and his own maintenance men will tell you that he is cheap when he fixes things. The water heater busted 2 times and left mold everywhere in my daughters room. The last time it broke it took almost a week to get him to fix it, he told us to throw towels over the water...never mind this running up our MONTHLY water bill which was never cheaper than 70.00. Don't rent from him unless you want to live in a broken down home and be spitting out 70+ a MONTH for a water bill and be ripped off for moving out.



Very rude to you if you're younger and likes to talk down on you. Almost as if you had to walk on eggshells around him because if you questioned anything he would start yelling at you and would always interrupted you.
