We ordered 2 sets of plants for fathers day. One for the wifes dad and one for my dad. One of the two showed up on time and the other did NOT. After many phone calls (and being transfered a FEW "hundred" times) and what not, WE HAVE NEVER BEEN REFUNDED OUR MONEY!!! - or anything to make us satisfied. We have been getting the "run - a - round" for a few weeks now. REALLY, They even said that the money will be put back into out account and it has never been put back in. I am not tring to "down" FTD but THEY DONT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE.



Just be carefull and watch your wallet
