Gary was great! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Will definitely try to schedule him for all my regular maintenance or service calls.

Mr. Valenzuela, performed my systems Spring Servicing Maintenance with all the expected tests and even did the light cleaning on the outdoor system. He also found a failing capacitor and was able to replace it on the sport. He was friendly, courteous and professional.

Joey M. was prompt, friendly, efficient, thorough, and seemed to genuinely care about the health of our plumbing & appliances. Our ancient, failing water heater was replaced in a matter of hours. He left the area clean & neat and took a few mins. to review changes and give some maintenance tips. Very pleased.

Will was on time and professional throughout the inspection of both systems. He answered all my questions and was very helpful in providing information about water heaters. Thank you.

No one likes to have to replace their hvac and water heater but Modern Mechanical made it as easy and painless as possible. The installation team was professional, thorough as well as friendly and got the job done fast! I would definitely recommend using them for all your hvac and plumbing jobs.

Modern Mechanical has been phenomenal to work with. We have used them to replace our indoor and outdoor HVAC, heat pump system, repair duct work and install a new water heater. Will installed our water heater and was a true professional. Travis and Angel installed our HVAC/Heat Pump system and repaired our duct work. Not only do they know their professions inside and out, but they take the time to explain every aspect of the work they are doing so that you can understand what is being done in your house. We will continue to use Modern Mechanical for all future issues that we need serviced and repaired.

This company has now installed my second unit on my house. The installers Paul and Brett where polite and super respectful. They did a professional job and both took extreme pride in their work. By far the best company to deal with from Sales( Jeremiah to scheduling with Scott production manager to these gentlemen the install team. Top notch company who truly cares about it's customers Clean neat and knowledgeable and willing to answer any question. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a new A/C ,Furnace or heat pump. When I get a quote for my water softener I will let you know how it goes in my next review but hopefully it will be Modern Mechanical.

If you're using Modern Mechanical for any service, ask for Leo. He came to my house on few occasions to repair/diagnose water line and did a fantastic job. The first was a pipe freeze bust, and he fixed it in no time. Second was a diagnosis of a potential water leak. He found none, explained everything, and did a fantastic job. Great job installing new hot water tank and new air compressor/evaporator coil. Team was on time and worked nonstop for 4-6 hours until everything was done! Very professional and knowledgeable.

Modern Mechanical has been very communicative with the two issues we have recently had (hot water heater and leaking pipe). Will came out and was polite, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. We would absolutely recommend the company and their technicians.

Will came in and quickly diagnosed the cause of a leak we had been having for a couple of days. He worked very neatly, putting down a drop cloth and cutting as small a hole as possiblein our laundry room ceiling. He answered all my questions and even humored me to come and listen to a weird sound I'd been hearing! He reassured me it was nothing to worry about, and simply the sound copper pipes make when hot water travels through. He was quick, kind, had a great sense of humor, and really took care of me as a customer. I would recommend him as a plumber to anyone -- 26 years of experience and he's seen it all!

Josh installed a new water heater. He was great--arrived on time, installation went smoothly, made good suggestions, and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't ask for better service.
