Never come here and rent an apartment in! You spend your time and nerves. Worst management we did not see. Hello. Since June 27, my family lives in the complex Ashburn Meadows. On the date of application for residence in the complex we have a problem with the managers. They are careful not doing their job. The answer to the application, we waited more than 20 days instead of the 10. When I called to ask about my case in response heard too promises to call back. But no one called back. I called again, but when asked why they had not called back I heard that they are not going to discuss it with me. Then we came into the office and told that will not go away until we get the answer. After 5 minutes we were greeted with the opportunity to live in the complex. My husband and I spent the time and nerves for this visit. But when I asked why did not you call me the managers have put the blame on the already laid-off employees. We did not have time to rejoice as new problems. The documents we submitted to some apartments but we live entirely different. When we asked why we changed the address managers answered rudely or live, or we do not have options for you.We had to agree. We looked housing. It was a dirty apartment. We asked to clean it. They promised but did not cleaning. I came 2 times to ask if cleaning done.I asked to see the apartments 1 more time but office employees refused citing lack of time. However, they said that everything has been cleaned. Unfortunately, we believe them. When we entered we were terrified. Nothing has changed. The windows are dirty, bowls with mold, in the refrigerator were hairs ,in the dryer dirt and dust. I went to the office for an explanation. There they told me that everything was cleaned up. The windows are dirty because of the rain and the toilets are not laundered.My husband took a picture of the dirty windows and showed them to the office. We were asked to wash them again. But I had to wait a very long time. We are not used to live in the mud. I'm all washed myself. Toilets washed easily, and on windows I spent the whole day. Between window frames I found a dead bugs dirty and wet paper and other dirt. A week later, has appeared a worker with a question about the windows. We showed him the picture, and that I cleaned them. After that, I went to the office with a question about a discount for payment the following month. I was promised a call back the same day,but no one called. I tried several times to talk with the manager Jennnifer Whitley but she ignores me for more than 3 weeks. I do not understand why the managers of the complex are not doing their job. They are rude and talk to customers with contempt. We pay money and want to get worthy attitude. We urge to take action against workers office. I think they should pay more attention to their work and talk customers with respect.
