This place has gone down hill fast. They used to be competent, but the current front desk staff has zero customer service skills. They have been rude, combative and dismissive to us. At each of our recent visits, the front desk staff loaded up the bill with medications and services that we didn't authorize or request. Then we had to justify to them why we didn't want those items, at which point they argued and attempted to coerce us into spending more. Don't want to buy your flea or heartworm medicine there? Be ready for a scare tactics and an argument. In my opinion, this place now is more concerned about competing with PetSmart and running up the tab than actually caring for our dogs.
