Tech was on time, polite and professional. He explained the process and answered my questions. He was dressed and presented himself professionally.

The technician seemed to really have knowledge of what he was doing and really took care of the problem.

My technician, Sue, is the best! She personally calls to tell me when she is coming. She checks everything I ask her to. She is so friendly, but professional at the same time.
