Patricia who answers the phone seems to intentionally upset customers to lose business. Horrible service. I sent an email to Karen in scheduling and copied Patricia asking to be scheduled and they never replied. Patricia asks the same questions over and over and no one seems to have any idea of how to provide service or schedule a job. Do not recommend LU-TEK!!!
