I would recommend you stay away from Carol Deblase for anything. She has had poor reviews and continues to change her business name. In my opinion she is unethical in her business. She overcharges, blames her problems on the customer and the quality is poor. She often substitutes less expensive flowers for what was ordered and then makes no apologies for her actions. Stay Away!
