Disappointed! I was completely mislead. I was quoted over the phone for the work done and when i went to pick up the car it was double! They said "oh we did not mention the labor to fix it". Poor business practices, save your money and take your car elsewhere.

Wow, 5601 Garage is a really rare experience of what customer service is supposed to be about. Mike and his team, are top notch in my book. Charged me less than quoted, work was done faster than estimated, and he fit me in, at the last minute too. This is the only place I will have my BMW's serviced from now on!

Aside from being just an all around nice guy, Mike is extremely knowledgeable about cars. His background and experience as a mechanic for the Newman Haas Indycar team and as a BMW Master Mechanic give him a baseline that is far and above average. He loves digging in and finding out what the real problem is instead of just scratching the surface. He especially likes digging into electrical problems. I would take any of my cars to him not just my BMW.

I had a very good experience at Cartunes. Mike is an expert in BMWs, but he was happy to also take care of the oil change on my Mazda 3. I was confident in the personal service I got and will be bringing my car back for other maintenance. Also, I was able to drop off my car and go have breakfast right there in Old Town Arvada while my car was being worked on.
