Awful experience. Awful smell hits you as soon as you walk in. Ended up paying quite a bit more than I was quoted. Secondly- brought my large dog in they had never met and they set a small dog down next to him. What if my dog was dog aggressive? I had to tell them it wasn’t a good idea. Totally careless and could’ve ended poorly with me and my dog dealing with their mistake. Paid extra for deshedding and my dog had clumps of loose hair on his back and sides when I picked him up. All around terrible experience- won’t be back

Also- they never called to verify the dogs shots with the vet. Wonder how many unvaccinated dogs are in this place.
