SCNH is such a homey and caring place. The staff is kind and helpful. The administrator takes the time to get to know all of the residents herself; and they all love her! Plus, the building is undergoing some recent updating and renovations; looking wonderful so far!

Used to work there. I can't believe the amount of meth or ice that goes in and out of there. I was working maintenance and out of the week that I worked there I cleaned up various broken pipes. Witnessed the nurses yelling at the residents. What kind of place does that and when I let the owner Susan know about it it was basically shrugged off. I am literally beside myself on how they handled the situation.

As I wrote on google reviews, NOT a place I would put my family member. I worked here for about three months. The nurses laugh at the residents, yells at them and calls them annoying right in front of them. The dietary staff rarely uses gloves and only does things the way state wants them to a few weeks before they show up. Trayers are constantly having to lie to residents and say they'll ask the cook to make the something but the cooks never do. Residents are screamed at to get out of the kitchen, openly made fun of and generally treated as a burden. I cried with one of the resident when I left, but the staff are more worried about thaking care of their own asses and taking care of their fa orite staff members than showing loyalty to staff who work for ghem when eveyrone else has left.
