They have the best groomers here.my 5 dogs have been comming here for since 4 months old.great service..

Usually received good service from the grooming department in Arnold however our sheepdog's usual groomer was not in. The people working said that my dog was too matted to be serviced there, "you need to have her shaved by your vet." They didn't seem to want to bother,3 staff with no dogs to groom! 4 hours to kill

RUNNNNNNNN! If I could make negative stars - I WOULD! I just moved here and was hoping I would find an awesome petsmart groomer like I did in AZ. NOPE... They did a horrible job and treated my lil male yorkie ROUGH! Not only was I told they have a lot of experience - the chick who groomed my lil guy was their LEAD!!! OMG! She said he tried to bite her... you have to be joking right?? He is so calm and sweet and NOT new to grooming. She definitely did something that caused that reaction. WHICH MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH to THINK that someone would do something BAD ENOUGH to my yorkie to make him respond like that... SICK!! RUN FAST AND RUN FAR! AND THEY ARE EXPENSIVE!!!! Not what I paid for...
