I contacted Berk today at Family Finance Mortgage to inquire about a possible refinance on our home. I am not very savvy when it comes to mortgage processes, so I was a bit uncomfortable. But Berk took his time to really explain things to me and helped me make sense of everything. I am not sure if we are going to refinance yet, but if I do I am certain to contact Family Finance Mortgage first. Thanks again Berk for your help!
