I have had the pleasure of dealing with this location twice - once for the purchase of the newly released iPhone 5 without which my teenage son could not support life, and again after he broke it by dropping it. Both times I was fortunate enough to work with the sales rep Charlie, who is an absolute delight. Knowledgeable, personable, funny, and a consummate customer service professional. Thank you Charlie!
