Caring, compassionate, professional and flexible. As dog owners for over thirty years, we have used at least five different vets - once we found Dr. Kaiser and Bay Hills Animal Hospital - that was it - our dogs have had excellent care.

Wonderful and sincere care is always given to all of my animals at Bay Hills Animal Hospital. I would highly recommend Dr. Tesi- she is great!

took all three of my dogs to this vet office , they used to be great but something with their business changed. They became short staffed and the dr were rude and short and i felt like my animals were not getting quality care. The techs in the front were very young and unprofessional .When i bred my chihuahua's the puppies were getting deworming and were given triple the about of medication they were supposed to. The vet office refused to admit their poor communication and all 4 puppies were very sick. If you care about your animals you will not bring them here, the prices are high but the care does not add up!!!!

The service here has gone down greatly in the last 3 years since we've been going here. It's not the extra friendly environment it used to be. We're definately thinking of looking elsewhere for a veterinary practice.
