Such a breath of fresh air! Recently I had been to a horrible office called Bay Hills Vet Hospital and vowed never to return due to the low rate staff and uncaring dirty manner of the office. Arnold Vet Hospital treated both my dog and myself professionally never failing to be friendly. The office was immaculate. We were seen immediately and it's obvious all staff are knowledgeable and caring. Their hours are flexible and they accommodate nearly every schedule. Thank goodness I've found them.

The doctors are wonderful as are "most" of the staff.

All of the staff members, as well as the doctor were very pleasant and informational.
