Nice folks here had a few things i needed to accessorize my Classic. Recommend these guys, really nice. Local Arlington parts dealer. Thanks.

I was told by their "manager" named amber that the part I was looking for was different than the part I needed. I looked it up and hired a mechanic which both sources told me they were the same but when you talk to a manager you would expect them to know the answer since they handle these parts all day everyday. However, sadly that was not the case. Not to mention how unprofessional, disrespectful, horribly rude and awful she treated me as a customer. I took her word for it, bought the expensive part and went to my mechanic to install the part. It was completely wrong and I just opened the box. She knowingly sold me a wrong part and when I went to return it, she denied it and still continued to be terrible and did not return the part based off of her mistake. I even took pictures and explained I her I just opened the pack and did not install this part. She continued to treat me like a second class citizen when I have been coming to this store for years since I grew up in the neighborhood. My family and I have spent a incredible amount of money at this store. Then when I called back and asked for their return policy and district managers name , they gave me a fake number and basically scaughed and treated me like dirt. While this entire time it was their mistake. So now I'm out money that they STOLE from me and I wouldn't doubt if they pocketed the money themselves. Do not go here. Go to auto zone instead. This place is a scam and I called around and heard the manager amber does this a lot. And she should be fired. It's a local business that is supposed to have friendly and honest service. But this place is like walking into a crooks shop and the owner needs to know what's going on and get that woman out of here. The store was a lot more friendly and much more welcoming and trustworthy and people actually knew how to do their job instead of guessing what part they should actually know. She ruined my day and stole my money. I reported this to the better business borough.
