The storage rooms are kept clean. The staff is very helpful and freindly. They do seem like they could use some more help on the weekends. However I am sure that is how they keep their prices low and even at buy times they try to help everyone in a timely manor. Also their is a uhaul rental place literally right next door how great is that. Ultimately a good choice for my needs.

Very nice people. I was shocked by the fact that they are so willing to go out of there way to make your experience a good one. I had been given some bad information from an online storage finder site that they do advertising through. They found a unit that worked for half the price of what I had originally been looking at. They will give you $25 for every referral you send their way! Most units are heated, and all are secured. They provide moving carts, free of charge which makes moving in a breeze. Very pleased, highly recommend!

These guys are great! Really excel in customer service. The facility is clean and they handle your storage or mailing needs in the same professional manner while maintaining a friendly small town atmosphere. I recommend them unreservedly.
