Provided by YP.comHighly disappointed with Pottery Barn The customer service is awful. The workers are rude and come off as miserable. I asked the woman with the short blonde hair if I could have some help with something I wanted to purchase. When I asked, "Excuse me, could you help me?" she responded with, "What do you need" in the most annoyed tone of voice. It was almost as if I offended her by asking for her assistance. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that this has happened in this store. I will no longer be giving my money to this Pottery Barn.
